2023 ELECTION: MORE GROUPS ENDORSE HON. SIR MD IGBAS EZEHI FOR FEDERAL HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.
Billed up to the next general election, women under the aegis of ‘Agbazilo Okpe Association’ has pitched a tent with the Labour Party (LP) Standard bearer, for Federal House of Representatives, Esan North East and Esan South East Federal Constituency, Non. Sir MD Igbas Ezehi.
The group through her President, Mrs Ejemen Ehimare Akomen, expressed strongly their satisfaction in the candidature of Hon. Sir MD Igbas, noting that with his scintillating qualities, ‘It Is Possible’ to drive home sustainable growth and development, through effective representation.
Speaking on the need to make history in Agbazilo Federal Constituency, Mrs Ejemen Akomen remarked, that the area needs a grassroot politician, who knows the challenges of the people and can relate appropriately in the legislative house.
“At this point where Nigeria is on a support system, at all strata, it is crucial to recruit leaders and representatives, who own the zeal and drive to change the narrative from home front.”
“Hon. Igbas who has keep tap with the people, through life-touching projects, knows the challenges of the women, men, youths and the elderly and I am very sure, he will make Esan North East & Esan South East proud in the 8th assembly.” She added.
Mrs Maria Ruth Daniel, the secretary general of the association who was optimistic about human Capacity Building, noted that Hon. Sir MD Igbas has been in the business of raising entrepreneurs and shall translate same in the federal Constituency level.
While assuring the federal house of assembly hopeful of their maximum support, Mrs Ejemen Ehimare Akomen noted that there is no better chance for women than now.
In his response, Hon. Sir MD Igbas Ezehi expressed appreciation for the solidarity and love from the group.
The federal house of representatives hopeful, charged the women to fall back to their respective units and campaigns for the success of all the Labour Party candidates, in the forthcoming election.
